Joanne Ulnick is a Managing Principal at Ducker Carlisle where she leads global research and talent management. Joanne also manages long-term, global client relationships and specializes in general industrials and building construction sectors. She has more than 25 years of experience in research and strategy development and has a strong foundation in Voice-of-Customer Research, Market Opportunity Assessment, NPS Performance Tracking and Brand Equity Analysis. Joanne holds a bachelor’s degree in business with a specialty in marketing from Michigan State University. She practices continued, executive education and leadership enrichment. Joanne is a founding member of the Master of Science in Marketing Research (MSMR) Advisory Board at Michigan State University and continues to support the development of the MSMR program. She actively supports local organizations including the American Marketing Association, Oakland Family Services, Christ Child Society, and the Detroit Institute of Arts.
