Jim Devlin is a Managing Principal at Ducker Carlisle where he co-leads the Transaction Services practice and specializes in buy and sell-side market studies, as well as portfolio growth support, across all of Ducker Carlisle’s industry verticals. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Indiana University. He has 20 years of transaction and consulting experience and has participated in over 500 engagements at Ducker Carlisle over 12 years. Clients value his team’s speed, efficiency, and attention to detail in support of critical market elements utilized by private equity, lenders, and investment banks in their decision-making processes. Jim is an active member of ACG and several industry associations.
