Jen is Managing Director of Recruiting and Talent Development at Ducker Carlisle where she shares responsibility for the company’s overall talent strategies, performance management, training, development and human resources functions. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. Prior to transitioning her career to human resources, Jen was a practicing attorney, where she focused on all aspects of private equity sponsored mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and capital raising activities. After transitioning from legal practice, Jen spent several years leading recruiting and professional development efforts at a large international law firm before joining Ducker Carlisle in 2017.
