Diane Dickinson is the Managing Director of Human Resources and Talent at Ducker Carlisle. Diane’s career at Ducker Carlisle spans multiple decades where she has played roles in competitive intelligence, project execution, and most recently driving HR strategy to align with growth objectives and enhancing the employee experience through culture- and retention-based initiatives. Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts and Sciences from Michigan State University. In addition, she practices continuing education and is a member of SHRM.
