Charlotte is a Managing Director at Ducker Carlisle where she leads the Insights benchmark data practice. Charlotte holds a dual Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Design, Innovation, and Society from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Charlotte’s expertise is in designing and executing large scale multi-client benchmarking projects. She has 15 years of experience at Ducker Carlisle, where she has worked with hundreds of OEMs around the world to publish over 60 Data Books across parts, service, and finished vehicle benchmarking.
