DESCRIPTION:M. Scott Ulnick – Chairman & Managing Principal\, DuckerFrontier will be a key speaker on April 12 at the 50th FARO Meeting in Cinisello Balsamo\, Italy. He’ll offer indispensable insights from a recent study into the potential impact electric vehicles may have on the demand for steel and aluminum. Research for the study was conducted on behalf of an exclusive group of global companies\, representing interests from both the aluminum and steel industries. \nIn this meeting\, Mr. Ulnick will update attendees on the impact of e-mobility on metal demand. He’ll also discuss: \n\nEV market penetration outlook to 2030\nUnderstanding both the enablers and the barriers to achieving growth\nImplications of achieving growth\, including the energy infrastructure and raw materials required for battery production\nAlignments and agreements in place by OEMs and battery technology\nAnalyzing the material mix for key EV systems and components (closures\, BIW\, Battery Box\, CMS\, etc.)\n\nMr. Ulnick routinely consults leading industry and investment concerns on strategic improvement\, growth initiatives\, and buy-side transactions. In this advisory role\, he participates in up to 100 projects a year\, ranging from OEM to supplier to material issues\, and covers functional topics from investment & acquisition\, commercial diligence\, product development\, marketing strategy and competitive analysis. Industries of particular expertise include automotive\, commercial vehicles\, construction products/materials\, aerospace\, materials & materials forming\, consumer durables\, and industrial products.
